Dr. Donathan L. Brown, CEO & Founding Partner
Dr. Donathan Brown is a seasoned and accomplished university administrator, tenured member of the faculty and former U.S. Fulbright Professor.
Dr. Brown has not only worked with Adirondack non-profits, including, the Adirondack Council, the Adirondack Foundation, and the Adirondack Diversity Initiative, and has appeared in nearly forty interviews with media outlets around the world ranging from Forbes, the Chronicle of Higher Education, USA Today and beyond.
Cindy Rodriguez, Founding Partner
Cindy Rodriguez is a Human Resources Executive with over fifteen years of experience and expertise spanning higher education, nonprofit management, finance, and business administration. With a background in human resources, policy, project management and technology, Rodriguez brings a unique lens to ADS delivering innovative human resources solutions that promote transparency in policy and procedures, communication strategies and streamline workflows, all while embracing and embedding diversity and inclusion into organizational values, culture, and practices.
As the Founding Partner of Adirondack Diversity Solutions, Rodriguez advises organizations in the areas of recruitment, retention, organizational culture, along with diversity and inclusion strategic planning. Rodriguez was the former Director of Diversity for the New York State Chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) where she advanced diversity, equity, access and inclusion and assisted organizations dismantling barriers to access and success.
